Progressive linkage

Carbs, identical venturis, throttle blades, boosters.
They aren't original carbs from a tri power set up like Pontiac
Center carb looks like a manual choke 327 trk carb, note the vent on top of the bowl
The only mods required are soldering the idle circuit holes closed.
Benefit, only working idle 2 screws are in the center carb vs 6.
Mikes Carbs has everything u need to refresh them

The tip on 1 accelerator pump arm is rusted off, if you want the set up I will find one.

I ran a set up similar to that on a Ford flat head a "lot" of years ago. It was a carburetor tuners nightmare back then, I could never get the tuning correct due to the low plenum. Carburetor kit technology has come a long way since then. Good luck with it.
