I read it as needing the supports and not the arms themselves. Wonder if he needs only the supports or reinforcements or if he also needs portions of sheet metal inner fenders. If just the supports many years/cars are useable even in a 100 point restoration situation.

I tried a quick search on CA brackets. Came up empty. I thought some outfit had repops available.
