Upper Shock Mount Nut

I am in need of one upper shock mount nut. It is for a 73 Plymouth Duster. I assume it would be the same for all A bodies.

If I'm not mistaken they are just fine thread 1/2 nuts. You should be able to get them at any auto parts store.

you are correct, but the nuts are thicker with more thread holding. Have you tried fastenal?

Or double nut it works good too!

fastenal is sooooooooooooo expensive...try a big hardware store or tractor implement...

If you can't find one let me know. I had a mount that was tearing through the metal, so I had to do something different. I think I have 2 of the nuts rattling around in the trunk.
