Carter Thermoquad Model # 9305S for sale
Asking $100 shipped from central illinois (61822) o.b.o.
Will take paypal or M.O. (I will have to deposit the M.O. before shipping). Located in central Illinois.
Ran when I took it off my car but I got a new carb since this was my first time tuning one and the thermoquads are more complicated than most. It ran, stuttered when I got into the secondaries and was tough to start when warm (choke needed adjustment I think?). Other than that it ran pretty well, and I'm not sure how much of that was just me not knowing how to tune it. Looks decent, paint on the plastic bowl starting to peel a bit in the passenger side of the back panel. Comes with the manifold choke spring and white thing that choke hooked up to (choke resistor?). Those should be in the pictures. Model 9305S, listed online as a 1980 Federal emissions 360 carb (automatic transmission). I pulled it off of my 1975 360, it was on there when I got it so all I know is from how it ran and what I found out from the model stamp.
