Just got back home from Cruisin' the Coast in Mississippi. Had a great time, went from Pa to Savannah, GA stayed there a few days and got to visit with Greg Purcell and his wife. From there to Ft Walton Beach, Florida where we had some excellent seafood at FishLips. From there it was on to Biloxi for CtC. Thousands of beautiful cars, one of the highlights was going to the KillerMopar Clubs gathering for some of the nicest cars yet. One of the being the Grand Spaulding 'Cuda...and the best jambalaya we had on the whole trip.
From there it was off to Tenn. to meet Leanna and Billy and tour the Phoenix Specialty Coatings facility. Spent the afternoon talking cars and looking over the fine work Leanna had done getting ready to ship. Leanna's Cuda is something to see, it is really well done, and Billy's Fiat is wild to say the least. I got a peek at some work in progress for other members here which they should be thrilled with. She sent me home with an Edelbrock manifold done in Alien Silver that is going to look super on my Dart. While we didn't get to ride in the company limo or dine in the corporate dining room overlooking the beautiful Tennessee country side we were treated to refreshments and snacks.
All in all a super vacation...now it's back to work....

Sounds as if ya'll had a great trip.....I see ya saved the best for last, LeaBilly are great people.

I as well, during the Summer Solstice of year last, made the pilgrimage to the Alter of the Mistress of Metal.
We broke bread and festooned our eyes upon her relics, but alas, time was short and I made for the road before dusk set in for fear of being caught unaware in the night by the local West Kentucky Bretheren of Meth.

Dave, it was fabulous finally meeting you and Cathy! We really enjoyed the visit and look forward to the next one.

Just to add a bit to the story, I should point out that I don't just randomly give out powder coated intake manifolds when people stop by. GTGrinly is the FABO member who has been tirelessly making PSC's beautiful vinyl decals for nearly four years -- lots of you have them on your cars -- so it was just a little token of appreciation for all his past efforts. A FABO Pay It Forward if you will.

Now don't be jealous Roger. Remember, you got to gnaw on the thong. :-D << duckin >> And you festooned your eyes upon my what????
