would a 1966 valiant custom200 2door no post, make a good parts car for a 1965 valiant 100 2door post? in terms of body panels, grill, seats, carpet, door panels, or the whole door.

Not particularly unless you want to make your '66 look like a '65. Naturally a few parts are interchangeable......suspension, steering, rear axle, floor pans, glass (except back )seats, engine assy, but most of the bolt-on sheet metal is different appearing. Trans and driveshaft are different as well as wiring, dash, lights, column, and all the trim.
