Will 64 Valiant rear quarters work on a 65 Barracuda?

I believe 63 to 65 are exacly the same on Valiant and Barracuda even though the barracuda did not get released till 64, 66 was a one year only then moved to the 67 body Rebel

They are the same. I have even 66 valiant wagons have the same rear 1/4's as the 64 65 barracuda, something I never understood :happy8:

the 66 wheel opening are the same to just not by the back bumper and 63 dart to 66 some of the 1/4 are the same the lower parts and wheel opening to the wagons are diff in less that have been moded but if u use the wheel house and all off a wagon u can make them work to there just a bigger opening hope i helped ya bud

From the upper body line down, they are the same. You'll have to rework the area around the taillights if you use the whole quarter.

Yes that did help. Now to track it all down since I have one more car I can get quarters from. I wonder how it would look with bigger wheel house?

Is that from a wagon quarters you talking about reworking the tail lights?

The tail lights on the wagon's are totally different
the valiant's and baracuda are exacly the same openings Rebel =D>

I think DD was saying the wheel house opening is bigger on a wagon than our 2 doors?

Nonsense.....the wagon quarters are nowhere near a Barracuda quarter. Now if you need just a little patch panel down low, that section rear of the wheel opening might work but not as a whole quarter. There must be almost 2 feet difference in length alone not to mention the wheel opening shape is different and the door opening is totally different. As for the taillights, a '64 Valiant has unique taillights. The '65 Valiant is the same as a '64 and '65 Barracuda. The wagons all have taillights unique to their year.
