I have a 440 Mega Block for sale locally. Best offer. I promised it to Reagle Dodge 1st. If he passes there are 3 others in line. So this is not a for sale thread. I am curious what they are going for at this time. The block is standard bore plus .030 it was sonic tested and is like new no other machine work was ever done. It has never been assembled and run since new. What would be a fair asking price for both parties. Again this is not a for sale thread, I have buyers locally.

I'd say check a price on a new cast block available as of late from several manufacturers. What do they want 5500?

Hard to say...since they are unobtainable....they sold new for $2700...unmachined

@Oldmanmopar for what it is worth, where I live excavators, used run $30,000 to $125,000 in south Texas. Maybe a search could save you some money. Just a thought to help you out sir.
Bought an E88 new, We wanted something bigger then the Case CX38B we have. The best bang for the buck. Ordered it with every option and 5 buckets. Even has remote start.

Much bigger then our Case. I like the Case equipment. We get a lot of use out of the skid steers and the repairs are easy. What I found is always order them with the turbo engines. Our skid steers are a 60XT and a 70XT , Identical except the 70XT is Turbo Cunmmins, Big difference in power in all operations. Our Case CX36B weighs 9000 lbs the new E88 we ordered weighs 20,000lbs

Side bolted main caps. Heavy block weighs 150 pounds more than a 440. I run a 4.5 bore mega block
