I want to use the set of Cal Custom valve covers I have refurbished and powdercoated but they are not baffeled inside. I am worried that without baffeling the PCV valve will suck oil into the intake system. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem without ruining my refinish job?
Thanks for the input--------------DR-----

are there bosses cast into the valve cover?
provided the holes are drilled in the right spot, and you have bosses, you can tap them and make your own baffles
(I did this with my Holley valve covers)

if that is not on option I would take a long hard look at the valve train and see if it would be possible to install a baggle with one of the rocker arm bolts
maybe weld a small bolt to one of them, and install the baffle that way?

I believe there are breather caps with PCV on 'em available. Maybe an option?

Absolutely correct here. I haven't seen an aftermarket cover yet with any real baffling. Look inside a factory cover and duplicate.
