So, I go to the local(name deleted) parts store, to get a valve cover gasket for my 225 after my valve adjustment.

I just go there because its closer and how can you mess up a valve cover gasket request.

I get the valve cover gasket, and the guy asks me if i need spark plug tube seals too.

UMMMM, why???? Is there a foreign 225 Hemi out there somewhere? Wondering how many other people have requested a 225 gasket and bought spark plug tube seals and didnt know where to put them.

Might just think you're doing a full tune up? Adj the valves, plugs, wires...well on second thought maybe if you got some plugs that woulda been a good question :D. Atleast he knew what they were! lol

Somewere in the mid 70's and down the slant 6's had a spark plug tube similar to a hemi. They don't go in the valve cover they go in the side of the head. They changed the casting on the head on the later slant 6's so it did not need these tubes.

Also in Austraila there is a Mopar hemi head six.

hmm tried to google a picture of one, but no pictures come up for what ever word search i try

If you are looking for a hemi six here is a link. One thing to consider, to be a hemi the spark plug does not need to be in the center of the chamber, the chamber shape needs to be round (hemispherical) people just associate the spark plug in the valve cover with a hemi.

Oh Wow, I actually saw one of those in Sisters, Oregon a few weeks ago on my way to Mt Bachelor. I was wondering what the heck it was. Nice
