valve stem seals

just thinking of what kind of seals anybody thinks should be used on my 340? Basic stock valve train little higher lift cam guides are stock.

stock valve springs?..

what size are the valve stems.....

Have the guides ever been cut or narrowed?

The stock 340 umbrella seals will be fine.
