What do you need such a heavy oil...did uncle Tony clearance your bearings for you?

ordered 4 cases of 20/50w.
Thanks for the link.

Made a copy of the Amazon ad, I'll take to Oreillys and see if they will match it......

I sold a lot of 60 to little Harley shops, they loved that stuff. I gave away more to fuel racers.

Yes, 60w in older Harleys is pretty common

A couple of the shops really loved this stuff, too, long since discontinued. It was called grade 70, not SAE 70, because it was heavier than what SAE defined as SAE 60, but they didn't define specs for a 70 weight engine oil.

.

It works this way: 20/50 pours like 20/30 or 20/40 on a cold day. At 100*C, 20/50 pours like 50 & 20/30 pours like 30.
I use 10w/60 in my engines & recommend it for engines I build. I live in a hot climate & this oil gives the best protection at both extremes. The same company [ Penrite ] makes a 30/70 oil for worn engines.
