does anyone know what i'll be able to get a new set of 3000 # super stock springs for next weekend?

There will be good used ones for around 150.00, but I have seen new ones for 200.00 People tend to buy the Super Stock spring, but once they are on the don't like the ride height or the way the passangers side sits 3/4 " higher. I bought my used on a car for only a couple of months, removes because of just that reason, 150.00.
There will be alot of junk rusty ones for the same money, just keep looking and you wil find a nick pair. Also these spring go fast, so when you find a good pair buy them.

I agree with the above. I hate the way my 002/003s sit. Very high in the back and lop sided. Even with my 28" tal tires I have a huge gap between the tire and quarter. 1.5 on one side and atleast 2" on the other.

Wish I had that problem of to much space on my tires as of now I have 1/2-3/4 in. on drivers side and pass. side tires up tite against the 1/4 panel lip :angry5:
have to get ahold of my body man and have him roll the lip for me i guess.
and thats with the M/T's on it.
didn't have the trouble with the BFG's but it wouldn't hook with them and the way it is now it won't hook with the M/T's either #-o

well...i NEED something better than my worn out stock springs after my last dragstrip visit, so i went ahead and ordered a set of springs...i'll have to live with the jacked-uppedness.....at least it'll help my launches.

It sits higher then Id like. Actually its the emprty space that bothers me. a taller tire would fix it. Maybe some 295-65-15s. :thumrigh:

Adam, what size are your fronts?
and 67barracuda, what size are your rears?
I have 165/15s on the front and 275/50-15s on the back, so i think i'll have about 67barracuda's space, from the looks of his, depending on his tire size
but I may have more rake than Adam because his fronts look really big

My front tires are 205-70-15s, They are 27" tall.
Rears are 275-60-15s and are 28X11.5-15
