vent window pivot

My vent window pivot broke on my 68 Baracuda. What holds the pivot to the window frame behind the seal.

It just kinda slides into the sleeve on the frame, straight up. I snapped my drivers side pivot last week. Let me know if you find extras..... 8)

Do you mean the upper or lower pivot? To replace the upper pivot you would need to take the whole vent window out (and that means the entire window assembly as well), I would have thought. The pivot bracket is attached to the metal inner vent frame by two rivets, which you'd need to drill out in order to replace the bracket. Unless you can find away around it, you'd probably also have to separate the inner metal frame from the die cast/chromed leading edge of the vent window, in order to drill out and replace the pivot. It's the upper pivot. I'll have to look for a another door to get the parts from.
