Do you mean the upper or lower pivot? To replace the upper pivot you would need to take the whole vent window out (and that means the entire window assembly as well), I would have thought. The pivot bracket is attached to the metal inner vent frame by two rivets, which you'd need to drill out in order to replace the bracket. Unless you can find away around it, you'd probably also have to separate the inner metal frame from the die cast/chromed leading edge of the vent window, in order to drill out and replace the pivot.
