I have for sale a very little used, Melling high volume oil pump for the SB engines, P/N M72HV. This was removed for a poorly rebuilt 1972 340. When I took this engine apart, it had really bad ring seal issues so now it’s time for a redo. I took this pump apart and it looks excellent with absolutely no marks on the impeller and it spins very smoothly without any issues at all. With the difficulty getting new ones, I suggested to the owner to use this one but he wanted to put in a new piece since everything else is new. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a a new Melling pump soon so in the meantime, this one is for sale.
