Can someone tell me where the voltage limiter switch is located on a 69 cuda. I have new wiring and circuit boards in my dash, but can't find the limiter switch location to replace it so my gages will work.

If you have a Ralley dash (oil pressure gauge) it is built inside and as part of the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge will have three studs

If not the Rallye dash (until ~1973), it is a shiny rectangular metal can that pulls off the back of the circuit board (began ~1967). But, I don't recall seeing a Fish w/o a Rallye dash.
