Hi guys,

I am building a 1974 Dart sport that I found at a wrecker.I want a set of vin tags and B.C Registration for my car.They make it almost impossible to get my car registered.I have done all my tracking down of previous owner etc.
I think if I can buy someone rusted out car with good tags and registration, or just tags and registration life would be so much easier???
Anyway if anyone in B.C can help me out that would be awsome?

Have the yard you bought the car from file for a lost registration. Unless of course your car is missing the VIN, then your SOL.

yep. illegal.

go to ICBC and apply for a BC vin. you will have to pass a BC inspection and they will give you a new assigned vin# and tag. lots of hoops but thats the only legal way to do it. thats how the rodders get their cars through.

I am going for new registration and inspection when I am done, your all right?Have to do it legal.Thanks
