[WANTED] Wanted: Vacationers to South West Florida Vacation Rental

Hey All you SnowBirds out there in the Frozen Tundra, I have a friend that manages a rental property down here in South West Florida. The rental house is on beautiful, little Matlacha Island, which is near the Cape Coral/Fort Myers, FL area. Matlacha has the old Florida feeling with a main street that has cute little shops and art galleries, along with quite a few restaurants, bar and grills, most having live music on most days. Matlacha is about an hour from Fort Myers Beach. This rental house is within walking distance of all of the little shops and restaurants on Matlacha. There are kayak rentals, fishing areas, boat rentals, and a whole variety of outdoor activities available in the area.
This vacation rental is available all year long, not just during high season. During the summer, a stay on Matlacha would be somewhat less crowded and a little bit more laid back. But Island Time Starts Here no matter what time of the year you would come to visit! Be sure to google Matlacha and the surrounding areas for all the fun stuff to do in the area!

I think so, but I don't know for sure. You can call the # on the card I posted of the realtor, he manages it for the owner.

Been a few years since I was last in Fla. Looks like a really nice place and reasonable rate. I bookmarked the link you posted, will keep it in mind if the border ever opens again, and yes, I'd love to check out local car shows.
