I'd prefer to find one either in central Indiana, or somewhere along the way between Rochester NY and Central Indiana. And a gasket to go with it would be nice. Not sure what will interchange with it, I've heard some conflicting information on that one. Any help would be much appreciated, and I'll do my best to come up with a reasonable offer for one.

Thanks,

Gary

All 2 door a-body windshields are the same (excluding Duster/DartSport) 67 through 76. Your local glass shop should be able to get one.

Really? I kept hearing somewhere that the 2dr sedan had a completely different piece of glass than the 2dr hardtop or convertible. If all that was wrong, I think you just made my life incredibly simpler. If I weren't in public, I might try skipping around joyously...okay, probably not...but really, thanks for the info...you just saved me a huge headache and a few hundred $$$

4 door car windshield is approx 2 inches taller. Glass suppliers should have this info in their books.

The two door post and the four door sedans used the same windshield. It is taller due to the more upright position of the glass and windshield/roof. The two door hardtop glass will not fit. I have a windshield from a sedan you can have for $20 in northern IL. I'll throw in an extra rear glass for that car too if I still have it. You pick it up. I'll even trade you for something or take beer.

That sounds like the best deal I've heard of in a long time. Only question would be how to get it from point A to point B. I guess next time I went home I could fly into Chicago, rent a car, pick it up and head back to Shelbyville, IN.
