Washer Fluid elbow

I am looking for the plastic joint that takes the larger fluid line coming from the washer pump and then splits it to the two washer fluid sprayers on the firewall. It has a mounting screw with it too. If anyone has one of those in their spare parts. Let me know. Thanks Greg
