Water pump block off.....

I am going to go sans heater in my barracuda and am using the later 70's model water pump. What is the best looking/performing way to block off the nipple on the water pump that goes to the heater core?
 
Looks like I may have posted this in the wrong section. Feel free to move it if apropriate....
 
I did that where it enters the intake mainfold, but of course the water pump "bung" is not threaded like the early pumps. I've seen this done in mag's, but not close up enough to see how they did it.....
