OK so you can see in the pic that it is kinda puddling up.It is not leaking much but still leaking.About a half dollar size every 6-7 hours.

It is a 73 duster /6 power steering

You can see were the screwdriver is pointed it is kinda puddling up.

More than likely it's the seal but it could be the lock ring is loose. Try tapping on it with a hammer and chisel to see if it moves. If it does, keep tightening it and check for leaks again. If it's tight, you're looking at a seal replacement. Have someone rock the steering wheel back and forth (with the engine off) while you look in that same area. Is the input shaft "walking" in and out? If so, do yourself a favor and get another box. If it's tight and the shaft doesn't move in and out much, if at all, just a seal should do the trick.

It tightened a little if any at all what seal is that and how much of a pain in the butt is it to change.

There's a seal right there where the input shaft goes into the steering gear. If the shaft is moving in and out, a new seal won't help much so check that first.
