What are these center caps?

Hey guys,

On the rear tires of this Scamp, What type of center caps are these?

They're hard to see, that's what they are. Not the C body ones I don't think...

Being it's a 74 -76 model I am betting its BBP. They did make SBP 74s I have seen them. But I am betting this car has a pair of crown vic cop rims on the back. They do fit. The caps appear like crown vic caps
