What can you tell me about this emblem?

I found this emblem in a box of misc. emblems I had in my garage. Its about 2.5 x 1.5 inches. It is in pretty good condition, with minor pitting. I could only find one thing saying that a similar emblem was from a 63-66 Dart Fury Belvedere and Barracuda.

Is this reliable?

Are these worth anything?

Is there a way I could clean it up more (more than washing it with dish soap)?

I think your right with the years etc, but someone smarter than me will chime in! Nice lookin piece, hard to find the old V8 emblems!

Pretty sure that is the same one on the front fender of my 65 Barracuda.

So, it sounds like these were on most of the early 60's V8 cars...
