What did "Big Willie Robinson" effect on the street scene?

R.I.P, Big Willie! Always,to me this guy had the right idea.Alaways,a grassroots racer/promoter.Did what was right,where he was at.Wish Terminal Island still existed.Your take?

I understand they are (have) making a movie of his life. Met him in person a few years ago,,,What a character. I hope the film does him right and it don't end up on the shelf.

I met him at the Mopar Nats in '09. Great stories he told about actually convincing the authorities to block off sections of the road so street racers could race because no matter what they did they were not going to stop it!
