What do you think can i get it into the 10 sec?

Hey i was away this weekend to the local dragstrip and drived but it was pretty bad grip out on the track. And i drived 7,36 97mph 1/8 and 11,48 120mph 1/4 with 1,852 on the 60. The engine is a 408 with indy heads what do you think can i drive a 10 sec run?????

It should run right at 11.00 if you can get the 60' down in the mid-high 1.50's.

yes...you need to improve your 60ft time...your mile an hour is good enough to get to 11.00..

yes i hope to get my 60 down to low or mid 1,50s is that possible with ss springs and rancho 9000 dampers i have trans brake to?? i wonder also something happened to my rear axle this weekend to. im going to take it appart tomorrow do you think i should change from 4,10 to 4,30 ratio when its appart

You Need To Get To 1.50 60ft Times. 456 Gears And 30x 10.5 15 Tires Slicks., Most Races Are Won In First 60 Ft.

I'm running 28x10.5 tire's on my 67 Dart with 3.91 gears
1.59 60 ft times
runs 10.7's off the juice.

i teard my rear axle apart and it was the main that had broken. But everything else looked very good must have been lucky =) so it has been new mark williams mains so now maybe it is going to hold. I am going to drive again in mantorp park on wednesday mantorp is sweden best dragstrip it is very good track there so i hope on good 60s.

Our Demon has 29"tall Hoosier's, 4.30 gear & runs 7100rpm @ 1/4 mile, but
we are running @132 - 133 mph with 10.2s being the best e.t.

What size of engine?? how much power on wich rpm?? because i think my mph is not good enough i think should have more mph. the car wieghts 3300 lbs and 555 hp on 6300 rpm

hello i was away in mantorp this weekend but i think the car is to slow i managed a 11.12 1/4 run and 7.01 on 1/8 with a 60 foot of 1.59 and the 1/4 mph was 121 mph. the car wieghts 3300 lbs with a 408 on 555hp i think its going to manage a 10 sec run my transbrake didnt work so there is a problem but what do you think???
