Yup, it's the starter relay which is a real common part on all Mopars. Is it not hooked up or is it just an old/extra one that fell back there?

i took it off i am having a wiring problem and my dad thought it was this. my problem is that the car has no power explaned in my other post

I got my at O'Reilly auto parts ( http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BWD0/S109.oap?pt=01833&ppt=C0330 ) But any auto parts store should have it.
