What is the correct jack post

Trying to find the correct jack for my 69 dart swinger 340. Does the original jack post have a hollow rectangular shape or is it shaped like a "T" fenced post. Very confusing !!

Any time you see a 5 digit number with a 7 digit part number, it is the vendor code for the company that supplied the part to Chrysler.

(Some parts were supplied by multiple vendors but will have the same part number.)
