what product to use next

In the process of getting my skin hung on the 1/4 panel. After I finish welding and grind down the welds what should I put down next to get on the path of smoothing it out?

How did you weld the panel on? Butt, lap, or flanged?

Grind the welds down but not too far as you butt welded it, recess the areas that need it, hammer and dolly the metal where needed. Here is what I like to use, been using it for about 15 years now and it is a great filler.

67Dart,never seen that filler before,what is the resin like?Not a big fan of evercoat,does it lay down well?
