I know my ring are done I'm burning lots of oil did a compression test and got 90

Well there you go. That is some important info. First start with a fresh rebuild.

Without ALL of the camshaft events and WHERE it is installed in the engine that's an impossible question to answer and even then the answer will be a "good guess". Roy is probably on the right track.

Yeah kinda figured it needed rebuilding when it pukes oil out the valve cover breather when you romp on it

Wallace racing has a dynamic engine caculator that will tell you what cranking psi should be with cam, head cc etc.

Do a wet test with a small squirt of oil and see if it goes up. If it does then its the rings for sure

I plan on rebuilding it but just wanted to see we're I was as I'm also going to barrow another gauge and see what it says.

Also make sure the engine's at operating temp, the other 7 plugs are out, and the throttle is blocked wide open.
