What ratio rockers are these ?

Can anyone tell me what ratio these Harlan Sharp rockers are ?I dont see anything stamped on them. Also ,these are Econo W2 heads ,but can anyone tell from the pics about which vintage they are ? Do these look like stock pushrods ? The springs appear to be double springs.Im kinda new to Mopars ,so im trying to figure out what i have.Im gunna be doing a cam and valve spring upgrade soon .Thanks ...

measure the distance from fulcrum (shaft) centerline to the pushrod and to the roller...compare numbers to know the actual ratio

and those are some nice chromoly aftermarket pushrods

What is the casting number on the heads? Do they have two or one exh bolt pattern?

Best as i can see the serial # reads 88108108 and it has an "HN" imbossed on it also near the serial #.It has extra unused holes on the exhaust ports .Im guessing its multi pattern .What can you tell me about them ???
