Can anyone help me identify these small block rocker arms? The are unmarked, un-bushed, and have ball style adjusters. They came with steel spacers too. Are they older versions of the Comp rockers?
Correct. There is an "H" cast into the rocker body. Not that I know what it means. What letter is that in the middle? Looks like an H. Maybe Hughes?
Do you happen to have a photo of where the adjuster nut seats against the rocker body?I had 2 sets of legitimate Comp Magnum ones circa 1996-ish and they looked just like yours. Below is a pic from a set I sold. FYI These were LA rockers.
So they could be Comp Magnum.

Stupid question - are "stainless" rockers magnetic?
The ones I've got are magnetic if that matters.
Not aluminum.Hughes are aluminum. That what replaced my Comps.
Those are rebrand prws
The earlier Comp rockers(prior to them being bushed) came with the recommendation of 350lbs max open spring force.
I’d also use high zinc oil.
I did have some issues with the unbushed rockers and roller cams using springs that had about 525lbs open force.
Actually, now that I think of it....... one of the problems was with a SFT cam application and just under 400lbs open.
BUT, they were running gas mileage type Mobil 1.
My Mopar performance aluminum roller rockers don’t have any bushings. Bare aluminum runs on the shaft. Over 700 pounds open spring pressure. These are 20 years old. Made by Crane. KimThis is great info. Thank you sir! I wonder if Rocker Arms Unlimited could install bushings. I'm thinking it'd be cost prohibitive though. I may call them tomorrow. If it's too much, I may just sell these and put the cash towards a different set.

i guess you could cure that if bushing them though?I remember one of the big name builders on here showing how the PRW rockers were really crappy as far as alignment of the roller tip to the center line of the valve stem. Looking at the roller tip from straight on, you could see a lot of space on one side or the other of the valve tip. It was pretty ridiculous.
