Hey all,
Just converted my 71 Demon from a 360 to a 400. I am using Hooker Super Comp fenderwell headers. I need to change my front tires due to them rubbing on the headers. I have a set of Drag Lites 3.5 x 15 wheels. Just wandering what size tire I can you use.
Thanks

26" is what I have seen on most applications, using the fenderwell exit header.

Your really limited what size tire you use with fenderwell headers. I believe mine are
195/65/15. That on a 5x15 wheel.I'll double check that tire size later.

if you can find them i think theold volkswagon beetle tire size will work.

CUDA 20,
I just sent a reply back to you for the information on the master cylinder and then asked you this very same question. Thanks for the info.

MJS69GTS That is what I have on their now. When I turn I can force the tire to pass by the header but if it is hot I believe that it would do some damge in the long run to the tire.

Thanks everybody for your input. I just purchased one of Percy's WheelRite Wheel and Tire Fitment Tools. I figured since I have to use this tool to figure out what the biggest slick I can fit under the rear, I'll go ahead and use it up front also. I will post later what I ended up with in case anyone else uses this thread for a referance.
Thanks again
Hope all have a blessed day.
