What steering wheel is this?

Can anyone help me identify this steering wheel? It is currently in my 68 Dart, but we are having issues getting rebuild parts that fit. It seems it may be the wrong wheel and column someone put in the car years ago. Help!

I am converting this car to a floor shifter. I bought the steering column parts the get rid of the auto shifter on the column. The upper steering column shaft bearing is too small for the new part. Here's before and after pics.

when I rebuilt the column for my 70 Dart there was a rubber piece that the bearing sat in. Try to find an exploded diagram in a service manual.
