I'm debating on how I'm going to do my exaust. I could end the pipes infront of the rear wheels, somewhere under the car, or out back. but if I go out back, which is what i really want to do, do I have to make that turn that goes over the axle? or can I run it strait under the axle?

Unless your car is slammed to the ground (lowered) you will most likely have clearance issues with the axles on a rebound. Besides that your exhaust would become the lowest part of the vehicle. Personally i'd go over the axles.
 
Also pipes under the axle look very TACKY. I've seen a few. Find an exhaust shop that has a mandrel bender to make up your tailpipes. It'll cost a little more but give you more power and look nicer.
