Looking to replace my leaf springs and trash the old originals off my '66 Barracuda Formula S. Already spoke with 'Springs N' Things' just need to deicde if I want stock, 1" or 2" over height. Motor is only putting out 285 - 300hp but I'm a big guy - 300lbs so I'm leaning towards the 2" over. I like a little bit of height I used to have when I had air shocks on her a while back. What do you guys think?

All personal preference. I like max of +1" the 2" inch are too high for me but a lot of guys like it higher.

I didn't see any springs listed there for A bodies.

Thanks for the insight....I'll keep you guys updated on which way I go. If I remember I'll post before & after pics.

Just got it back tonight and what a difference...ride height is now 22 1/2" at the wheel well, up from 21 1/4"...Handling improved also...no more exhaust bottoming out!! Glad I went with the stock height. Any higher and it wouldn't look right with the whole tire exposed. First pic is after, second pic is before
