I'd say 1981. But could be '81-85

There should be sticker in the drivers door jamb that will give you a date.

What's the 10th digit of the VIN. The decal with the build date is useless. Chrysler was building 95 Neons in April of 94.

Write a storage invoice for the time it's been there, check with DMV about getting a title. I don't think it's that tough in Texas.
