What's a 56 Plymouth Savoy Worth ?

56 Savoy, 2 door Post Car, 6 cylinder, standard shift. -- Rust Free Body -- real good exterior chrome, bumpers etc. -- cracked windshield & drivers door glass -- needs interior, incl head liner -- all electrical works. ---- Recently from Colorado - last on the road in 99.

If it was a V-8 I could see 3K but I've never seen it in person, sometimes that makes a difference. With all the interior work and cracked glass I'd try and get it for as low a number as possible but sometimes that's not possible. One thing for sure....once it's painted it will catch some eyes!!

I didn't buy it. It's a solid body, but needs the entire interior -- windshield, -- one piece of side glass -- exhaust -- brakes -- tires -- battery -- ____ surprises -- plus it's a 6 cylinder. -- Just too many dollars to get it on the road. I guess if You're into Rat Rods, it would be OK. -- Thanks to everyone for the input, You saved Me some money, and head aches.

The '57 Chevy looks better than this car, hands down.
And it's not just hype.

I can tell you they are really cool cars to own. Not many of them around. They get lots of attention. I have 56 dodge two door hardtop currently with a flat six. Never seen another one at a car show. Parts can be a little tricky but if you meet the right people you get along fine.

Oh....and it is getting a nicely rebuilt 392 Hemi
