What's this '70 Swinger worth?

Owner says it's a factory Scat Pack Car (340 / automatic). Now has a balanced/blueprinted stroker 408 ci in backed by a Keisler Engineering 5 speed. Dyno tuned @ 500hp / 500 + lbs/ft. Trans can handle 650hp. Hydraulic clutch. 8 3/4 sure grip complete 3rd member from Randy' Ring & Pinion with 0 miles 3.73:1. Has had rear quarter several years ago. Owner says "driver" quality throughout. Need advice as to approx. value PLEASE. I really value the opinion of FABO members. Thanks in advance.

I'll post the pictures in a while for you. I dont feel its worth the 14K appraised value though. I would more like 10K Its clean but needs a lot of detailing, The vinlyl roof was installed incorrectly on the A pillars, Trunk wasnt painted and the door panels are incorrect. It does have a nice rallye dash though.
