What's this hose for?

I have a 73 Dart Sport with a 225 slant 6
I noticed this hose in the engine bay not going anywhere. Does anyone know where it goes?

There is no fan motor. It's the outside passengers side mirror.

??? You mentioned engine bay and I clearly see a black motor of some sort?
Fan motor=blower motor

Looks to me like it's the vent hose coming out of the blower motor. It's not far enough down to be the drain for the HVAC box, I don't believe.

The short hose to the left is the condensation drain and the hose under the blower motor is for possible moisture drain from it.
