When I rebuilt my front end, I needed to align the front wheels enough to drive it to a shop, so I bought this. Found out I didn't really need the shop, but that's up to you.
You can get your alignment very close with this tool.
I put the front wheels on tiles, 2 each with grease between them so you can easily turn the wheels while stationary. Works well.
$ 40 + freight. It's not very heavy but broken down needs a 4 foot box.
Prefer local pickup. I am in Central Florida - Montverde, 34756 near Clermont west of Orlando.

ARE THE INSTRUCTION GOOD ENOUGHT FOR A DUMBASS TO UNDERSTAND ?---ME .
 
Toe trammel bars are so easy to use and work better than using the tape measure method.They are great when working alone.

If I could do it, anyone can.
The long toe-in bar is pretty self evident. Just get both side bars against the tire sidewall and the right hand one with the needle will show the toe-in degree. Turn adjusters, jounce suspension and repeat.
I also used an 8 ft flourescent light tube to check that both wheels were pointed straight ahead before checking.
With the tires on a grease sandwich, you could turn the adjuster without jacking up the wheels, I guess.
The camber tool has the instruction sheet so I won't repeat it. I set mine to have the most camber i could get.
This was when converting a 69 Barracuda to later A body upper A-Arms, ball joints and disk brake spindles.
