Wheel Tubeless

I am looking for the size of the spacing 13 inch rims on my valiant
I currently have a room air with tubeless tires.

Is it possible to put tubeless tires without putting the room air ?

If not, can you change the rims to put tubeless tires or should replace the rims (what year)?
