where can I get a cheap set of cut outs?

They are easy to put on. On a one to five scale, five bein the highest skill level, I spec about a 2. You need some tools though. A hack saw or sawzall and some regular hand tools. That ad is for a 2.5" cutout but they sell um in most sizes. I would reckon an hour or so with hand tools would get it done.

ive picked up a couple of sets on ebay pretty cheap and they were new too.
