Very poor service. Unless they're the only one on the planet that has a part you need don't buy from them.

It's a real damn shame; Imperial Services make really nice quality parts, but their customer communication (before/during/after ordering) is really unacceptably slow.

Couldn't agree with you more. A friend ordered a park cable for a pushbutton Valiant and it took months. When he finally got it it was top notch and fit/worked perfectly. toolman
