Which driveshaft?

I have one 1973 duster 318/904, and one 1971 demon 340/4speed. Now both are completely apart and gather things together to sell the Demon and somehow the two driveshafts I have are three inches different in length. Now both cars have 8-3/4 rearends, but I suspect the 73 Dusters was swapped in. I was pretty sure they were exactly the same, but guess not. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually found it on a related link, the 73 is the longer one.

Those two cars should have the same basic driveshaft.

Unless the 4 speed car has a B/E body transmission.
