Which Harmonic Balancer To Use?

My 1977 440 has a harmonic balancer that is wedge shaped and it tappers to the center of the balancer. I've not been able to find one anywhere, I've looked on ebay and all over the web. Anyone know what kind of balancer this is?

If the dampener is off,does it have a weight side to it,and if you have the tranny that the motor was attatch too is the convertor weighted.You most likely have a 440 cast crank dampener with externally balanced dampener.How thick is the dampener?Is it like 2 inches thick and what side is the timing mark on?Whats wrong with the old one and are you upgrading the dampener?Mrmopartech

you need a cast crank 440 balancer of any year. They say "for cast crank 440 use only" o them..some are tapered, some are not. I prob have a couple if you need one, but I dont know how good they are..Just off cores, and I internally balance all the ones I do, and they get new balancers.
