Ok, Let me ask a different question. Running a stock 318 with Mopar Performance valve covers and air cleaner, a PCV valve on one cover, which would be the appropriate oil filler (breather) cap to use?
Thanks,
C

Evening,
I have a set of Mopar Performance black valve covers on my 318. I need to get an oil filler cap. Show me what you have, please!

Always use a vented cap on the opposite side that the pcv valve is. The vented cap provides air to enter the crankcase so the vacuum from the carb can suck the fumes out. If you use a non vented cap the pcv will draw air past the seals and gaskets.

fishy & toolman. Many thanks for confirmation of that:hello1:
