which springs for a purple shaft cam

Just looking for thoughts on a set of springs on a 484 Purple shaft cam ( I know old cam ) in a 400 bbd

where is the best place to buy Mopar Performance P3690933 valve springs ?? or do you guys know of a spring that is the same only cheaper ??

The Comp 911-16 will work fine for that.

I've used stock springs multiple times with no issues. There may be better options, but they've worked fine for me.

Check the MoPar engines book for spring specs and then make a cross over to another manufacturer if they are not available.

The book gives the open and closed pressures at the suggested spring height stalled and at a certain lift. Spring pressure rates are also n the book.

It should be fairly simple.
