Which throttle/kickdown to use

I am putting a 340 in my 67 Dart. I am running a Summit knock off Performer intake. I am trying to figure out which throttle/kickdown to use. What does everyone like or don't like? I have used the Bouchillion system, trying to figure out what else works.

My engine builder/mechanic used Lokar on my Dart GT

I've heard NOTHING but good about Bouchillon, but, for cost reasons, I went with Lokar, using the Summit or Jegs bracket. No issues for over 12 years

Im running full reverse manual valve body on both my cars now but before I used lokar cable and a tall adjustable cable bracket. I think the bracket was made by magnum HP? Here is something comparable available from Mancini.

That's the direction a wanted to go, several years ago. It was to hard to get a straight answer from A@A so I said screw it.... I Prefer to Shift Everything myself!
