Having trouble with front windshield trim. I almost think the clips are to tight to the body. Put the rear glass trim on with no trouble. Anyone have any suggestions

Pics of clips would help. If they are too low, move them over a bit and up.
Here's my psychosis when I swapped.to stainless on our 67 cuda.

Open them up a little if you feel they are too tight.

The front ones are definitely tighter to the body the the back ones are. Going to try and loosen them later on this week after I cool off from this battle.
Ya pretty harrowing. Always scary on a new paint job. Something that should be test run before paint. Otherwise ya, sometimes they need persuasion.
Don't go straight down on the application but push inward.
